They apply to all offers made to CUSTOMERs for the carriage of passengers via MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice, to the organisation of such services by MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice and to any other use of the platform or its services.
MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice acts as an agent between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER with respect to these passenger transport services. The business relationship established for the purpose of such passenger transport exists solely between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice enables SUPPLIERS to offer their services to CUSTOMERS on MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice. The SUPPLIERS publish on MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice their offer for transport services, including their vehicles, prices, qualifications and other data related to their services, and MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice presents this offer for services to the CUSTOMERS on behalf of and for the account of the CUSTOMERS Through MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice the CUSTOMERS can search for available vehicles and transport capacities and book them through the specified platform.

Limitations on use

You agree to use the Web Services only for authorized reservations or purchases. You agree not to make false reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand. We may cancel any confirmations relating to multiple bookings for one or more destinations on or around the same day without notice.
You agree to all of our terms and conditions of purchase, including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and compliance with all rules regarding the availability of prices, products or services. All fees, charges, taxes and duties incurred as a result of your use of the Site are solely your responsibility.
Passenger transport services rendered by PROVIDERS to USERS are arranged via MyChauffeur, the booking platform provided by MyChauffeur. MyChauffeur enables PROVIDERS to offer their services to USERS on MyChauffeur. The PROVIDERS post their transport service offer including their qualifications, vehicles, prices and other data relevant to their services on MyChauffeur, and MyChauffeur presents this service offer to the USERS on behalf of and for the account of the PROVIDERS. Via MyChauffeur, USERS may search for available vehicles and transport capacities and book them through the said platform. MyChauffeur shall act as an agent between the PROVIDER and USER with respect to such passenger transport services. The business relationship established for the purposes of such passenger transport shall only exist between the PROVIDER and USER.

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, any employee of the Company, any other user, or any other person or entity.
• Infringe in any way on the rights of others, or be in any way illegal, threatening, fraudulent or harmful, or be associated with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits the use or enjoyment of the Services by any person,or that we believe may harm or offend the Company or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

• Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Service or interfere with another party's use of the Service, including the ability to engage in real-time activity through the Service.
• Use robots, spiders or other automated devices, processes or means to access the Service for any purpose, including to monitor or copy any material on the Service.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy material available on the Service or for any other unauthorised purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software or process to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
• Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Service.
• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Use a false password or personal identification number when logging into the Website or misrepresent someone's identity or authority to act on behalf of another person.
• Violate this Agreement in any other way.

Booking services on MyChauffeur

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice acts exclusively as a booking agent. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice presents the service offers of the SUPPLIER on its behalf.
CUSTOMER search for and find suitable transport services on MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice and select them there. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice then forwards the CUSTOMERS' requests to the corresponding SUPPLIER who is the selected service provider. The transport service is provided by the SUPPLIER.
The user will receive a preliminary, non-binding booking confirmation from MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice immediately after the completion of the enquiry. The contract for the provision of transport services is only concluded after the acceptance of the order by the SUPPLIER. The contract is concluded exclusively between the CUSTOMER and the selected SUPPLIER. The conclusion of this contract is evidenced by a binding booking confirmation sent by MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice on behalf of the SUPPLIER to the CUSTOMER. The transport service is invoiced on the basis of contractual and legal provisions between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER.
MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice may be contracted to manage the accounts for passenger transport services for the CUSTOMER in the name and on behalf of the SUPPLIER. CUSTOMER’S can BOOK suitable transport services (e.g. taxi, car rental) on our website or app according to their needs.

Cancellation of booking

If unforeseen circumstances arise and affect the customer's plans. The customer can cancel 24 hours before the departure time free of charge.

Limitation of liability

• MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice and the SUPPLIER are liable without limitation for damages caused by them, their employees and agents, by willful or gross negligence, by fraudulent concealment of defects, by the express assumption of warranties and for damages caused by injury to life ,limb and health.
• MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice is not liable for any charges arising from delays on the part of the user or third parties.

Our Services your obligations

1. Client use MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice technical resources for SIGN UP on MyChauffeur. For SignUp, The user should provide the necessary data about him/herself such as title, first name, last name, mobile number and email address with a password of your choice. The user data will be treated as confidential. All the details of data protection are described in the privacy policy statement of MyChauffeur.
2. The user should have to provide up-to-date personal data and the user has the right to update his/her personal data to maintain these data and keep them up-to-date.
3. The user should not reveal his account password to any third party. The user is responsible for the security of his/her account. If the user faces any issues regarding security or confidentiality then the User shall immediately notify MyChauffeur.
4. The user will not bypass or modify any of MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice's security precautions, either by himself or through any third party. The user must not damage, overload or destroy MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice when using it, nor must he/she jeopardise or circumvent the purposes pursued by the platform.
5. During the booking service, the user must check the booking data at the time of booking confirmation and report any difference immediately to MyChauffeur.
6. User has to notify issues to MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice immediately if the chauffeur is late, cannot locate the chauffeur, if a user is late due to any reason or the transport service is cancelled.
7. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice reserves the right to exclude the user temporarily from individual or all MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice functions.If the user fails to comply with his/her obligations. In order to prevent abuse of MyChauffeur.

Our Services our obligations

1. After using the MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice booking service, the CUSTOMERS’ basic data especially name and phone number shall be transmitted to the SUPPLIER and the relevant chauffeur performing the task prior to the journey so that they can be identified and can be contacted if required.
2. The SUPPLIER’S data will be transmitted to MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice for identification after the user has made a booking. In addition to the chauffeur's name (first and last name), the chauffeur's telephone number and license number will also be transmitted.
3. All charges and Fees of bookings should include the statutory value added tax. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice will directly charge the costs incurred, which are based on the fares provided by the SUPPLIER and agreed with the customer, to the customer's debit/master/credit card as per Article 5 of GDPR(Principles relating to the processing of personal data.
4. As a result of the individual contract with the SUPPLIER, MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice acquires ownership of any and all claims against the customer based on the transport services provided by the SUPPLIER and is entitled to collect the corresponding amounts in its own name and on its own account.

Service Charges

For the “Individual Account “ of MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice, the use of the services is free of charge. For the "Company Account" MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice reserves the right to a contractually agreed fixed monthly fee

Payment Methods

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice is entitled to offer the CUSTOMER different booking levels and different service rates on behalf of and in the name of the SUPPLIER.
The fee is paid by the payment method chosen at the time of booking on the platform or by agreement between the SUPPLIER and the customer. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice uses a debit/primary/credit card payment system. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice does not store the payment information of CUSTOMERs. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice works with a reputable electronic payment provider (STRIPE )to manage debit/primary/credit card details and process payments.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles we service.

Amendments to the conditions

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The changed terms and conditions will take effect once they are posted on the website and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this website.
