We use your mobile phone number to send information from the chauffeur (name and last name, phone number, license plate number, vehicle type) and information about the chauffeur's arrival via SMS. For the purpose of sending SMS, we use Twilio, a service of Twilio Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Twilio”), 645 Harrison St # 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94107 USA. For this purpose, we transfer your mobile phone number to Twilio where it is stored until you delete your MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice user account. We will then order the deletion of your data. The legal basis for this is GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Article 6(1)(b) (Lawfulness of processing). MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice uses GPS positioning to ensure a comfortable and smooth ride.
