What you'll be doing:

  • Advice and support for our customers
  • Mainly driver and business enquiries
  • Advice for passengers
  • Business customer support
  • Phone and email support
  • Outbund telephony to existing customers (no sales or acquisition)

For our branches we are looking for full-time chauffeurs & limousine drivers with a passenger transport license.

What you'll be doing:

  • You provide premium driving services for our customers on the basis of regular service and driving safety training.
  • You are the first point of contact for our passengers before, during and after the journey and become a person of trust thanks to your distinctive service orientation.
  • You represent the MYCHAUFFEUR limousine service towards our national and international customers.
  • You are responsible for our fleet, consisting of vehicles from well-known manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz and Tesla, among others.
  • You provide premium driving services for our national and international customers.
  • You drive and accompany our customers e.g. at airport transfers, trade fair trips, sightseeing tours, VIP events and road shows.
  • You are responsible for the condition of your company car.

What do we expect from you:

  • Minimum age 25 years
  • Valid drivers licence, at least 5 years driving experience
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • You are able communicate with national and international customers in English
  • You are courteous, reliable and have good manners
  • You enjoy premium service and have a feel for the requirements of our MYCHAUFFEUR customers
